This is a white, team issued Miami jersey made by Nike exclusively for Hurricane football. There is a green Nike swoosh sewn onto the left shoulder and an orange, green and white Big East flag patch sewn onto the right shoulder. An orange and green 'U' logo outlined in white is sewn onto the green collar at the center front. A thin orange and green stripe is sewn across the front from sleeve to sleeve and across the back just above the numbers. There are green stripes on each sleeve. The numbers are green, outlined in orange and are screened on. There are orange spandex panels adorned with a white and green stripe, running down each side. The name on the back is done in green letters and is screened on. Kyle is the University of Miami's starting quarterback heading into the 2005 season due to his performance in spring practice and culminating with an excellent spring game. Kyle is being groomed to be the next great passer at U.M. He was the nation's most highly recruited quarterback coming out of high school in 2003. He heads into the season with experience in just two games and only nine passes thrown, but that is more playing time than either Bernie Kosar or Steve Walsh had when they led U.M. to its first two national championships. He enrolled at U.M. in the spring of 2003, impressing coaches with his play on the scout team. He competed for the starting job in 2004 but remained a backup, due partially to missing most of the second half of the season due to an ankle injury.Look for Kyle to be the team's quarterback of the future!
