1 - Is it safe to wear these multi-sport helmets to play football
or other contact sports?

No. These multi-sport helmets meet the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) bicycle helmet safety standard for persons ages 5 and up. They are not to be used for any activities other than cycling, skateboarding, rollerblading, and non-motorized scootering.

2 - What is CPSC?

The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is an independent federal regulatory agency charged with protecting the public from unreasonable risk of injury from various consumer products. CPSC works to keep the public safe by, among other things, developing voluntary industry standards, issuing and enforcing mandatory standards, obtaining the recall of products, conducting research on potential product hazards, and informing and educating consumers.

3 - What if I do not see a multi-sport helmet for my favorite NCAA team
or NASCAR driver?

All of the multi-sport helmets that are currently available can be found on our website. If you would be interested in purchasing a multi-sport helmet that is not currently available, please let us know through our Contact Us page. We do plan to offer additional models in the future and appreciate your input in helping us determine which NCAA teams and NASCAR drivers we should add to our product line.

4 - How do I know what size multi-sport helmet to order?

Sizing will vary by individual, but the chart below can be used as a guideline. Measurements are based on the circumference of the head. To determine the circumference of the head, use a tape measure to find the distance around your head. Start at the middle of the forehead and measure around the back of the head, coming full circle to the startng point.

Small 19" - 20 1/4" (48-51cm)
Medium 20 1/2" - 21 1/2" (52-55cm)
Large 21 3/4" - 22 3/4" (56-58cm)

Further sizing instructions are provided with each helmet to help ensure a proper fit. Additional padding is also provided, so the size can be adjusted as necessary.

5 - When should I expect to receive my multi-sport helmet order?

Your multi-sport helmet should arrive approximately two weeks from when you place your order. Orders are sent to our warehouse daily. Upon receiving an order, each multi-sport helmet is custom finished and shipped within ten business days. Please see our Policies page for more shipping details.

6 - What if I want to exchange my multi-sport helmet for a different
size helmet?

If you ordered the wrong size multi-sport helmet, you may exchange it for a proper size helmet within 14 days of receipt. Note that you will be responsible for shipping costs, which are nonrefundable, but otherwise you will receive your replacement helmet at no additional cost. Please see our Policies page for instructions on how to exchange your multi-sport helmet.

7 - What if I want to return my multi-sport helmet?

If you are dissatisfied with your multi-sport helmet for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Note that you will be responsible for shipping costs, which are nonrefundable, and a $2 re-stocking fee for each helmet that is returned.
